I have a Burnside bullet that I want to put back into the Burnside cartridge which is smashed. If you know anybody please leave his information I’d really appreciate it thank you

I'm not sure if he does bullets, but Roland did a great job for me on a militia plate. I asked him to do the bare minimum to keep it as original as possible.

It can be done but I would suspect that with a burnside the rim & bullet attachment would be a winch.
