This was sticking to the side of my washer, where I had been organizing my recent post. If you look at the overall picture, you can see it, just a poor lonely little trinket. Lost and taken for granted. ;)

Lower right. But, it never made it to the line up. Why? Because it wanted to stay lost! Of course.

So, as I walked past a blue sparkle caught my eye hanging on a normally plain white washer. That has never had a blue sparkle in it's life! Taken aback, I said "What the ?? ???"

The thing is, I didn't know that this was a magnet!! Good thing I didn't set it down on my PC huh. ;)

Thought it was pretty funny and thought I'd share.

Well now, aren't ya kind. Maybe, one day, I'll be able to get out your way and we could try. It'll have to wait until after I win the lottery or find that 20 dollar gold piece. No, wait, that won't work. If I find that 20 dollar gold piece, the next time it would be dug up would be by digging me up too. ;)

Anyway, It'd be a pleasure digging with you. Thanks. :)

Yeah, but the thing is, this had already been found. The neat part is that it tried to be lost again AND it almost worked! Watch your finds in the future, see how many of them try to jump out of your hand and run back away. ;)

Well, actually I joined the ranks who were handed lemons over the economy just last year. Since I was old enough, I said heck with it, the world don't want what I can do, fine. So, I just started making lemonade and have been ever since. BUT... it has made me very, very limited in where and what I am able to do. ALL these finds I've found in the last year? All within 20 miles of home. Not because I wanted to but because I have no choice. Since this area was all I could practice my pursuit of happiness in, I've put in the time to learn it. Then, there is the blessing I've been gifted with, namely, I am and have always been a "finder". I am that person you hear about who somehow just seems to find things that makes one wonder. I used to call it luck, I don't anymore. I am blessed.

So, hunting with ANYbody would be interesting, I just can't plan on it because I can't afford to go anywhere and in all honesty, this whole area has been hit sooooo hard it's a wonder that anything is still out there to find. I just don't have anyplace to take someone to that has great promise. I find because of my "luck" and because I put in soooo many hours! Odds are I'll find something. :) My ability to go in where others have tread and still find notwithstanding. :)

It's a nice thought, but just keep sharing here and I'll be happy.

Good luck in all future hunts.
