NGC says that only two of those is worth over 3 times what the person got it for, minus the shipping.

I'm going to say this one final time. A coin is worth what people are willing to pay for it, not what a price guide says. If you base your buying/selling/pricing on what NGC world coin prices says, you are going to get burned.
