LONG BEACH?

Has anyone ever tried md-ing at Long Beach? I have a friend who is going to let me stay almost free in exchange for some minor house repairs etc. I would appreciate any history of the area or stories of past finds that you can offer. Thank you all for the wonderful stories you write. I have almost as much fun hearing about your finds as I do getting my hands dirty. Thanks everyone!
