Locket, found in the snow.

I work nights as an armored car guard. My partner found this in the snow just outside a bank while he was guarding me in. He didn't want it so I kept it. If it is one of the bank staff's, I will return it, otherwise not sure how I would find who it belongs too. Anyone know what the 1/20 on the back means?

I believe the 1/20 14K G.F. means that 1/20th of the weight of the locket is 14K gold.
