that's cool. Needs something in the pic for a size reference. Being worked on all three sides, I'm not sure what it is exactly

Yes, would like an idea of size. It's definitely a man made bladed stone tool of some kind. I always believed those would have a somewhat multi-purpose use in the ancient Native American times imo. Cutting, scraping, shaving.. Etc.

I'd say a small crude multi-purpose tool or it's a preform. There doesn't seem to be much edge refining which makes me think possibly preform.
