Little Wooden Lady

I found this in a junk pile and do not know where it could have been used or dating of it. It is a wooden cornice that could have been used on a carnival ride? Any thoughts? She has glass eyes and is approximately 2ft. long.

Very nice folk art piece. Most likely from a circus wagon, ride or carousel.
