Little sterling ring with unknown Makers Mark

Nice find RV! That is really nice metal work on a SS ring and its hallmarked too. Sorry I can't quite make it out. Are there any stones in it?

Rhinestones fairly sure. But I believe it is a fairly old ring. Found it along with these other items yesterday on a short hunt . Thanks !!
