✅ SOLVED Little Statue of Napoleon thingy

We wouldn't have thought much of this little thing except that it has an odd tube running perpendicular on the back of it. It must have been attached to something, or been used for something.

Admittedly, I had an issue getting the lighting correct on this piece. I took dozens of pics with various settings, and these were the best that I've gotten.

Actually, the letter opener is inconsequential. The Stanhope is missing. I don't know why I never saw that before.
