Thanks. Not as nice as my other three but 18th century silver linked button nonetheless and same shape and size as a gold one I found last year

Thanks. The others all came from land. Thin old silver tends to get washed out after 250+ years in the water

Gotta love colonial silver. A quick zap with low voltage electrolysis might bring out a little more detail. Or you could soak it in lemon juice.
