Little 'ol spoon ID please

I found this 5 inch spoon today at an old home site. It was pitch black when I found it but polished up the best I could and noticed the stamp that says "Torsil Metal" and nothing else. I have never seen this stamp before....any ideas on who made it and approx. when? Or any info on it?

Found this ad from 1914.

It's mentioned here: Full text of "Hardware merchandising January-April 1914"
as being a product of the Toronto Silverplate Company, although these weren't plated, as mentioned, but some sort of solid metal.
Oops, Taz found a better ID in shorter time... Well done!
