Can anyone help I'd what these might be. They were found at an old cabin site from approximately 1930 to 1950. Any help or thoughts are greatly appreciated.

The top piece looks like it may be a blood-letting tool.

It looks like you have part of a fleam, which is a blood letting device; a wheat penny, and a reed from a musical instrument.
