Lionel cast iron figure and other odds and ends

Too bad he is missing his head. The bottom says Lionel and I think I can make out the word England? but nothing else. I can tell he's old anyone have any idea how to date him? The drawer pull is neat and I'm soaking the other thing in Lemmon juice now. It's got some ornateness so maybe from an old pocket watch? Anyway thanks for looking.
