As you know, Abraham Lincoln was 56 when he was assassinated. I've read stories in recent years that he suffered some sort of malady that would have shortened his life considerably, even without Booth's fatal bullet. What it was, I don't recall, but that's not important here. What is pertinent are the dates of today's only finds at the silver farm: 1910 and 1966 pennies. I know you can't see the date on the 10, but I'm posting it because old wheats seldom come out of our ground this clean. It's worn, but it's a nice coin. And you have probably already done the math; they're 56 years apart! I'm actually thinking of changing my TNet name to Cliff Klavin .
