Yesterday I stopped at good looking older home that was built in 1908. The owners told me the yard had been detected many times before, with at least one or two competitors hunting the yard each year. I thought to myself “Dang the Bad Luck, but I ain’t scared I’ve got my trusty Equinox, she finds what others have left behind”. LOL I managed to scratch out a 1909 Liberty V Nickel, a 1904 Indian Head Penny, and six Wheaties from the front and side yard. I could tell the place had definitely been hunted before, I didn’t find a single silver coin. I was more than happy though when the hunt was over, Liberty V Nickels are hard to come by around here.

just shows me that it never too late to check for leftovers....and they can't find everything lol nice haul

Nice!!!!! Congrats!!!!! As with myself, I've tuned out Indians and Nickels in the past to just pull out Silvers and wheats and go. Not any more and for this reason. I've been back to places that I've hunted in the past and pulled out Silvers, Indians, V's, and Buffalos. Your hunting method is doing well:) As for hunted out, No yard is ever hunted out! Happy Hunting!!!
