Would think unless scarce its value would be I suppose what someone would be willing to pay,if you search on Ebay for "vintage track medals" a great number come up with all price ranges
 

Alexander Letzeiser was an Oklahoma City jeweler and manufacturer of class rings, pins and awards from the early 1910s until his death in 1938.
