I'm not a big bottle collector, but I have came across a few while detecting this year. They are still dirty cause cleaning is my wintertime thing! The last pic is my little bottle next to an oversize silver round penny to make it look smaller. ;D 8) 8)

Hey vermontpackrat, your bottle that is middle of the bottom row, the one that looks like it has a stain in it. Does it have any embossing on it? I have one that is similar that say's Johnson's American Liniment" Found it at the bottom of a local harbor diving.

No embossing on this one. Here are a few more pics.... Chiped at the top but still a nice old bottle. VPR

You got any close-ups of the pumpkinseed or that blue strapside?

Here are some more pics of the flask and the blue strapside.

Oh wow! Those are nice! I'd stick those suckers on ebay. Too bad that pumpkinseed is clear. It could net a big catch if it were colored. The embossing might bring some scratch though.

I think I will keep my bottles for now. Vermont is a great place for bottle diggin' I only scratch arround now and then for bottles but find alot of them. I have boxes in my garage of old bottles. The ones pictured are my best.
Barns usually yeild a bottle or two.
Wish more people would show off there bottles. I know you have them......
