Let's See Everyones Best Personal Finds

(I was asked to show some of my older pieces so I'm going to bump up a few of my posts so they can see them rather than post them again)

I saw on another post where bblaha had asked about my best find so I thought I start a thread so everyone could post theirs as well.

So here's a few of my best personal finds. Now let's see yours.

Wow! Can't compete those are amazing but here's some of my favorite, the small one is a tiny bird point you can see where it's been worked all along the bottom. The big one is pretty stained from the creek but I like the look it gives it

Gator boy that translucent one is awesome! What Area did you find that in? Water or land Is what I'm asking

That one was on the Riverbank after a hurricane. Its agatized coral. Its my favorite.

this one of my all time favorites

it is a person standing with his hands up in the air..........
.........because there is a drawn bow with arrow pointed at him.
..i wish i could find the rest of itIMG_1116.jpg

sc000e4653.jpgthere is another bone point....a square one that had 4 tails
when found it 20 yrs ago i picked it up not knowing what it was...i remember one of the tails was cracked and fell off...i looked for it for an hour and could not find it

That is some good preservation on some of that bone. Any Idea of the age? Some looks fairly new. 1800's ?

the last occupation was before 1700 when the small pox wiped out the population
i will find out what the approximate date of that was....then i will post it for you gator

You have some wonderfully preserved bone for your area. Great stuff!

Nice show folks. Here are a few of my best finds, kind of a site collection as everything except the triangle has been found on our property.
