Well, I'm not finding it, either. I have learned a lot about it, though.
1) I think it dates to before 1952.

2) The pic of the back stamp isn't very clear, but I don't think I see "Made in the U. S. A." That dates it to pre 1931. You can read this under "Dating the pieces" in the next link.

3) 1830/ A-398-B are the shape number and pattern code. This is under "Great Plates."

4) Geo. V. Millar was a proprietor of a department store, but I'm not sure of the dates.

I have sent an email to Replacements Limited asking for help. They are located about an hour and a half away. We used to sell them lots of China. I'm hoping for some help from them. Thanks to All!
