✅ SOLVED LEATHER SNAP?

Found this today in an old farm field.

The circular interior is metal along with the circular back. Its attached to 2 leather or rawhide pieces of a possible strap.

Any help would be appreciated. You guys have proven yourselves very knowledgeable in the past.
