Lead wedge of some sort and reins guide?

Found these in a dried up swampy area next to a cellar hole and bottle dump.

This rang up as a coin. Dug up I thought it was an axe wedge but I its lead and the flat top is drilled and tapped. Ideas?

Pretty sure this is my first reins guide, unless someone has a better idea? You can see the wear on one side.

perhaps the lead item is a window weight or duck decoy weight

Great guesses. But smaller and lighter than the typical decoy weight or any window weight I've seen.

The other thing looks like the wedges you put in the top of ax handles and such, to make them stay in.wedge.webp

Exactly what I thought when I dug it. Just figured lead would be too apt to bend/break when driven home. Plus its drilled and tapped on the top.
