Lead Toy Sailor Guy

Hello. I dug this sailor guy a couple of days ago at a site that had some old homes on it that I am guessing were active in the 19-teens. Any ideas on the maker and the age of this piece are appreciated.

Ant is on the right track, the one in his photo was made by Manoil and yours was made by Barclay in the mid 1930's. Note the difference being that the sailor in Ant's photo is wearing bloused trousers and yours is wearing bell bottoms. Therefore, it is safe to identify your sailor as follows: (original catalog description) Barclay 719- Sailor, White Uniform, long stride, bell bottoms. Circa 1935-1942. Happy Hunting, Sub
