Lead Soldier ~ 1920's to 1930's homesite. - SOLVED

Ok...I was hunting a home in our town that has stood since the very early 1900's and found this little guy. I believe him to be WW1 era but wondered if someone could tell me more. Thanks for any help you all can provide.

Looks like a WWI British soldier. Date similar to the house.

Could well be right I was thinking later rather than earlier, nearly said 30s.

Yup - Mid 30s to early 40s. Marching Soldier, described as "Early Barclay #2B8 (second series)"

Yep....I found this picture too on Wikipedia. I wonder what the size of this is though. It appears to be the exact one.
