Lead shoe?

Looking for some information on this little lead shoe I found today. I was able to snap a couple of of it before I gave it to one of the excited kids that was digging with me.LOL. Any information is appreciated.

That’s what my brother suggested. Possibly a cloth doll with weighted shoes. The top of the shoe looks like something broke off maybe an attachment point for a cloth leg? Thanks for the help

That’s what I thought at first or like one of those rope tie off points for boats but then I saw those laces. I dunno
