lead puck

found a lead puck thats about the size of a half dollar and about as thick as three half dollars stacked. i found this near the water. it has no markings. i've heard of people making their own sinkers but this doesnt have a hole in it? any ideas?

Hey Capt... I think even hem weights have some kind of hole... but maybe not...

Not all hem weights have holes. Some are just sewn into the bottom cuffs, on things like curtains.
