Found this lead item today close to the place where I had the gold coin yesterday.

Item is just over 1/4 inch.

Item is blank on the reverse.

Some kind of weight (coin weight?). Nice find!!

Looks like a cloth seal. The 1.5 could be to do with the weight of cloth. Look closly to see any old breaks. Looks like the top has one?

I think I will settle for a bale seal, nothing else I can think it might be.

Not quite sure what the 1 ½ would mean?
