Lead Item found while civil war relic hunting over 20 years ago

Found this lead item near Kennesaw Mountain Georgia over 20 years ago. Measures approximately 3/4" in diamenter and approximately 1/4" thick. There is a void between the two sides with two sides being attached at three points. Writing is raised with letters OLDS being visible on one side possible REYNOLDS ? MIT is visible on the reverse side.
