That's Pb, not the leading man! Found this in an area with coins from the 1860's to present. The paint is about 50% present. It's a man walking with a cane; the base states, "MADE IN ENGLAND". Also, there is a square "loop"
on his back. Any ideas on what this is? Thanks.
