✅ SOLVED lead disc from colonial site

I found this 40mm lead disc today. It was found on a site where I had found 2 USA buttons and some early coins. It seems like it hung from something or maybe a necklace? Both sides look the same and is joined by a seam. Any ideas? Thanks Dave
