Lead Cross in the Flower(SOLVED)

Hello guys. Today I want to post for your opinion one of my the most mysterious finds. This is lead one but one side is really dark (back side with the pin) and another one is shiny after cleaning. Both sides were cleaned though. The weight is 40 grams. Scanner at the coin shop showed some silver in it so I think the front side was silver plated. It was found in 2015 at the site where I found stuff 1800 ++. I heard some following ideas : hoarse rosette, curtain decoration. But still does the cross in the center mean anything? Would be nice to hear your ideas folks. Thanks.

It could be pewter, not lead although lead is one of the metals in pewter as is silver.

I don't think it's horse harness related. I agree with the clock pendulum idea.

Clock pendulum weight ....although it has a very old look to it.

Thanks Man!!!! This is a brilliant idea I have not ever thought about!!! There is a good chance for it for that site - the doctor's house used to be there in 19 century.
