Found this today in the same location I found several musket balls and a cannonball. Heavy and sustained military action in this area. No modern junk found on this particular beach. Probably a little too esoteric but anyone have a clue?

It is lead and is just over an inch and a quarter in length.

Long shot here

For some reason my first thought since it was found among civil war bullets was that it was a carved bullet made into a likeness of a jews harp.

I have a carved bullet made into a likeness of a bugle, why not a jews harp?
