Lead ball and buckle with red cloth.

Hi guys: my friend found these finds and was trying to find out what the lead ball was and the buckle with red cloth inside ( found at a early 1900 site in Tenn.)

Hi there. I can see lots of identifiable things, but not a buckle with red cloth?

I think I see a round lead fishing sinker-weight at the top; not sure what the other round thing is to its left, just above the lipstick tube, above a belt? bracelet?

Otherwise, it all has the feel of circa 1920.

The ball looks like the top of an old iron fence.
The belt may have had some sort of tassels hanging down from each segment, but I'm not too sure.
