I thought I ought to get on T-Net and post my latest finds. I haven't been getting out a lot lately. I have managed an hour or so on some evenings after work. Everything I posted have come from three parks, the silver from two of them. The pic of the 4 merc's and washington quarter was from an hour and ten minute hunt. Was that fun!! It made me wonder if that's how it was many years ago when the silver was more plentiful. Anyway, thanks for looking and happy hunting to all.

Wheaties: 1919, 1926D, 1928D, 1929D, 1936S, 1942, 1942D, 1952D, 1954D

Nice bunch of finds!
It sure is fun when you find a place like that to hunt.

That is sure one producing park there. I would get back to that baby as soon as you can before someone else gets there. If I found a park or place that would give up that much silver I would have to take a day off work to work it over good. Good luck and get back and show us whatelse you find there.....Matt

I remember detecting a couple of parks in Neb. back in '07 while on my way to Sioux City, IA. I had found 3 silver (all rosies) in just an hour's hunt, but since we were looking for the really old silver coinage, we moved on to a different park. Our time was too short, but our trip was very productive. We had an awesome time in Sioux.

You're doing great in your area. Hope the parks keep producing for you!

Very nice finds ! Do you reckon they were a bit too deep for other detectorists or you've found a virgin part of

the parks ? Argentium.
