That Dandy button looks nice all cleaned up. I'll do a catch-up post this weekend for my last few hunts. I finally got the Seated monkey off my back last night with a nice 1838 Seated Dime! I was more excited for that than for the 2 Real. I'm ready for some full time hunting this weekend and next week, lets get some!

Great Dog Tag. To me, an old dog tag is just as good as an old coin. It has a date and the older the better.

I would have never guessed that people were forced to buy dog tags as far back as 1910. i would imagine that is rarer than a dime of same date. Great find and thanks for sharing.
