The first two inches of soil are pretty much frozen at this point in Peoria, IL so think it is about time to hang up the gear til spring. One last hunt this past weekend at a local park using my new 5x8 coil and found this very nice 14K ring. Aside from modern clad only other interesting finds were a 1950 wheat and 1974 Canadian penny. The ring rang up as a 49-50 on the AT Pro. Lucky I didn’t ding it with the shovel while chipping away at the soil!

A great way of ending off a season. Congrats on the gold ring

Congrats and thanks for posting the number rung up by the rung.

I got the same number (49/50) two years ago on my Max when finding a ring lost by a relative.

Awesome way to end the season...congrats!
