Last CW relic hunt of 2011

I had planned on heading south to relic hunt in East Tenn this weekend with my dad and Quindy (Vol1266X) and his partner Dman, but they couldn't make it (hope we can reschedule soon guys! weather permitting) and then Friday my dad called to say he was feeling under the weather. So Greg (Campbluegrass) and I hit one of our local spots. I got 5 fired 58 cal minies, two pistol bullets and an eagle button that had the face disintegrate after I pulled it from the ground. Those finds put my 2011 CW bullet total at 529. My goal was 500 and I was happy to achieve it and that makes 2011 my second best year for bullets in all my years of relic hunting. I wish all my friends here on T-net a Happy New Year and I wish you all a banner find in 2012. HH'ing!

Holy cow, 529 CW bullets in one year!!! That is amazing. Congrats Bill.
I can't imaging what the total weight of those bullets are.
