Well I have been exploring some new fields and so far I have been pretty happy with the results. Among the hundreds of flakes I have been able to find some tools and broken points. I'm hoping to find some complete points in these fields.

Some cutting tools.

Another image of the big cutter. Found this in a spot that I didn't expect to find anything. Glad I didn't jump the fence where I almost did because this was about 20' away.

I didn't think much of this when I saw it but when I held it in my hand it felt like a perfect pressure flaker. I did some research and turns out it is a deer ulna and it was used as a pressure flaker or sharpened into a point and used as an awl.

Looks like madison county material.... I'll probably head down there to canp and hunt in a few weeks. Nice finds

Looks like Madison County to me, too! Glad you're getting out, Jon! I've got a couple of great spots down there and about all I find are blades and plenty of them. Very few points.
