Well, I finally got out. . . not far but it was fun.
I hit a local park last week and scored another BBQ, plus a .50 cal musket ball. . . and that was it except for some ugly clad.
The 92 olympic pin and 1939 New York World's Fair token were recovered during a short hunt with Kimsdad in the woods a day or two later
close to where I live.
The last hunt was today with Lowbatts. . . again in the woods where he made his stellar recoveries. I at least got sloppy
seconds & thirds with a few wheats (pre-1920's), and a cool BBQ that I trashed when I dislodged it from the grips of a young tree.
The Cracker Jack battleship is my second one of this type. . . which I was thrilled to find. It even had it's smokestack still intact some paint on it.
That's it. . .
