Got out this weekend to a couple of sites that I've hunted many times in the past but had to wait for the farmers to harvest the soy bean crop. This is the first time hunting these areas with my new AT Pro and I was impressed that it was able to scrap out a few more finds. The best finds were 2 IHs (1889 and the other toast), small buckle, an odd button?, 3 whole spoons, 2 spoon handles, curry comb, sash buckle?, pocket knife, compact, metal box?, sharpening stone (in the hole with a trash target), and a couple of eye ball finds (2 marbles). There was quite a bit of trash such as shot gun shell brass, large caliber & small caliber rifle brass, many scraps of tin roofing, and several small bits of lead. It was a beautiful day in Carolina to get out and hunt ... thanks for looking!

I have found IHs & Wheats that look like they were just dropped and others are almost unrecognizable ... must be soil type and amount of fertilizers, nitrogen, etc that has been applied to the fields over the years. Thanks for looking ... Jimmy

Very interesting!

All the best,

Lanny
