Hi all! These are my finds from the last couple of hunts at my sweet spot. I also took the detector on a kayak down the river to check out some potential spots. That is where found the glass and porcelain stuff as well as the buckle.

probably the best minie I've found :tongue3:

this was probably my last water hunt of the year, now that it's getting colder, but I will definitely come back to these sites next spring. in the meantime I'm working on my site lineup for fall!

Nice finds arrowhead82. BTW - The "I think there used to be a RR bridge across the river" is actually a vintage Brunt Porcelain Insulator for handling (separate) wiring (copper, etc.) for long runs. Thanks for sharing...

The one musket ball with the hole in it looks like a in line sinker/egg sinker. If it is more egg shaped then I would think it to be more modern day egg sinker, the hole would have to go all the way through. Unless it got smashed a little, but you should still see the holes inline both sides? Hard for me to tell for absolute sure, just a possibility. Nice bullets and other finds!
