Large round lead object

This is from a hunt in Lebanon, PA. The site was an indian trading post in the 1700s. Any chance that round object might be indian related. It's really heavy. I believe it is lead. It is about the size of a racquetball. I was thinking maybe a ball head from a Native American war club?
