Can only be 1806 or 1807 George III halfpenny

You maybe right, as I could have miss judged the scale.

Easy way to tell
1799 - circa 30-31mm
1806/07 - 28-29mm

Which is it?

No way your ID was right, great job, I had quick finger problems. They only US coin I have is a 5 cent. However the profile is a little different on the 1799 which I should have twigged.
