Large cent i think??

I found this at a house built in 1868 in east tn. It's bigger than a quarter and pretty thick. Copper. And it's smoooooooth. No markings at all but you can see the raised area where the head appears. It looks to me to be facing to the right. The back is pretty empty of any markings due to being worn smooth. Any help would be greatly appreciated. You have your work cut out my friends.

It might even be a very worn liberty cap! How thick is it, in millimeters?

I'd say it's an 1806 (or 1807) George III Halfpenny. (27mm) I'm very familiar with this coin, both in high grades and being extremely worn... and that's the first thing that hit me seeing the image, and why I asked if it was 27mm.

Might not be able to say for certain but I have literally owned over 100 worn examples of it during the past 10 years so I guess you can say it's a educated guess.
