Large Cent done soaking

Here is a large cent I found back in March. I've had it soaking in olive oil for the past four months. It was found in a small Mississippi River town in Illinois. Small area where I believe a house once stood. It was about 3 or 4 inches deep.

She cleaned up nice. Lots of detail and a great patina.
It may take some time ...depending on how much embedded dirt there is.
It is well worth it when you get an end result like you did with yours.
