Large cal bullet info needed!

Can anyone tell me anything about this bullet I found today? It appears to have some rifling striations around its base and a hole in the rear.

Need to see a picture of the side of it if possible. It could be a modern shotgun slug or it could be much earlier.

No! I think your wrong! I researched it and its from Davy Crockett's Beautiful Betsy Kentucky Rifle.
