Large bell? Small bell?

Found these pieces in 2 different fields that are close to each other but on 3 separate hunts. I have no idea what they are and have exhausted all of my researching. The fields once had farm houses on them. (1800-1900+) Hopefully, someone will be able to ID these pieces. Thanks for looking and any feedback.

The first item looks like a button. The second one in two pieces, is part of a crotal bell.

an alternative for #2 is clock weight...this style......a guess

Erving, your absolutely right on the crotal bell. I also found a large metal ball in the same field that could have been part of it. I'm not sold on the button though. What type of clothing or whatever else, would it have come off of? It seems too big to be a button but I could be wrong. Thanks for the input.
