this is my first time on the site so still working it all out but thought id show you best axe in my collection of neolithic and mesolithic axes from the uk its a large greenstone axe from langdale and dates from the neolithic and was dug up close to the river thames these axe were of great
status in the neolithic and was probably never used as an axe and at some point placed into the ground as an offering to gods 
hope this works im still just trying to work out how to use the site . got lots more UK axes and tools to show if anyone out there would like to see ?
