Landscape painting, oil on canvas at SArmy!

I went garage sale hunting today but didn't find a single one. I then went to some swap meets, and strike two. Finally, I stopped at one of the local SA, and scored this beautiful 70's-80's Landscape. There are beautiful details, soft and delicate paintbrush strokes. To me, this is the work of a professional. It is signed, but I just cannot make out the signature. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
