Any day spent hunting is a day well spent, Monty. Glad to see you're out and about. Clad's better than nothing! Cute little ring...

Nice, it's just good to get out. It's been mild here so far but it's snowing pretty good here in P.a today. Might not get out this weekend. Looks like the beach was somewhat productive. Maybe give it another look in better temps.

thats a pretty respectable haul. what ever happened with that stagecoach site you were eyeballing? that one and the old amusement park/ lake site sounded like awesome prospects.cant wait to hear what turns up at those places!

That'a respectable little clad pile Monty! Gald to see you got out! I'm with Haupin: what is that little crusty round disc on the bottom?? HH!

Glad to see you got to go out and play!

Congrats on your finds!

;)

"Excellent" Nice haul there. The heart on the left looks like silver. Maybe I missed it, but what happened at the zoo swimming hole? WTG!!! HH

That bumpy thing is a cookie coin, appears to be a penny. Anything getting into the lake itself looks like that due to all the salt in the water. The zoo/lake thing never has panned out. I haven't found anything on shore except that one brass fitting and a couple of clad pennies. There is a lot of backfill around the shoreline. I hope to water hunt it this summer as I have attentative permission on a promise to "donate" my findings to the City museum. The water cleared up and there is a lot of old structure visible in the lake near the shore. Monty

fleamistress, if you're talking about the scoop, yes I have one. It's really high quality and light weight. Monty
