Fisher F2 w/11" DD coil
- Primary Interest:
- All Treasure Hunting
Took the family to South Haven for a little getaway. The water was a cool 61 degrees so while the kids were playing in the sand on the beach, I took out the F2 and put it to work.
Besides some clad, I did find a fishing weight and some unknown metal pieces. They feel lighter than what I expected them to feel. Any suggestions? ??
After pounding the sand for awhile, I decided to see how the 11" DD coil would do under water.
I did happen to find a 2000 Canadian quarter and a 1999 US dime. At least I know it works good under water!
I was very careful not to get any water on the "box" (I'm not exactly sure what to call it. LOL)
Happy Hunting!
